Well! what to say. Where 90% of the doctors dont know Basic life support principals, where we dn hv life saving things like defibrillators, endotracheal tubes and laryngoscopes in wards,where locally made life saving medicines are sold, and the culprits are either the govt or the professors and the managers. Then what suggestions can we give? Take a start from zero, show some commitment and then every1 wl be there to help and support. Regards

I appreciate your prompt response. And I hope that this front helps make some useful chnages to our health system, where everyone is complaining about lack of funds and resources, but no one is looking at poor management,lack of interests on the part of professors and administrators. I feel i am being too critical, but it doesnt need millions to arrange an ACLS course for our final year students and teach them how to use the emergency equipment and how to react in an emergency satuation, where a doctor is most needed.Making a diagnosis of stroke and explaining the prognosis, and losing young patients who could be saved easily, wouldn,t give us medals,,,and thats being done in our wards.
This is what we need to show to our heads/higher authorities that please make us the real professionals and let us serve the humanity and this can only be done by giving such type of comments because this paltform will be used by all the doctors/professors/administrators related to medical field INSHALLAH and that will be more benificial for us to give them much more material to work on it. i think the sugesstion of ACLS course for final year students is very nice and the skill to use emergency equipment too because in any case of emergency we need to cope with very promptly and its the responsibility of professors to make it possible to arrange such courses so that a graduate when gets his degree must be able to handle emergency cases with full courage and save valuable lives. thank you for your sugesstions and we welcome you as a member so please send us your email address so that you can become a member in our blog and can post your own topics as well.
I think this is a much better option to mention the flaws in the current system and also to give a solution to remove these flaws. i request the higher authorities to please make the system fair and efficient as being a doctor we deal with humanity and human life so take a serious action about the system.
