4	Private Secretary	16	25-30	BBA / BCS / BA from HEC recognized institution with 5 year experience as Personal Assistant / Stenographer; and Short Hand Speed of 100 wpm and Typing Speed of 60 words per minute in English. (Preference will be given to candidates having above qualifications with DIT)	03

1. Application along with recent passport size photograph, educational testimonials, experience certificates and copy of computerized National Identity Card along with a bank receipt of Rs: 500/- for BPS-16 and above, Rs: 150/- for BPS 07 – 14, nonrefundable, (Account No. 1450-8, National Bank of Pakistan, Hayatabad Township Branch: (1759) Peshawar) in favour of Khyber Medical University, should reach the office of undersigned on or before 21-11-2009.
2. Applicants for post of category BPS-05 and below are exempted from Application Processing Fee.
3. In service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must submit NOC from their concerned Departments / Institutions along with the application.
4. Age relaxation of 10 years shall be admissible for the employees of Govt:, Semi Govt: or autonomous bodies on the basis of actual service rendered in the respective bodies.
5. Selection shall be made in the manner prescribed by the University. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
6. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
7. Separate application for each post is to be submitted.
8. Incomplete application or application received after due date, shall not be acceptable.

Note: Errors are liable to rectification by the University. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase / decrease / cancel the number / post(s).
